ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

こんにちは、ギター弾きです。

さて、前回の電話より数日たって
またまた面白い電話がありました。

「お忙しい所、申し訳ありません。代表者様でしょうか？」
「はい、そうですけど・・・・」
「突然で申し訳ないのですが、この度弊社が発行しておりますビジネス誌におきまして、京都での新規開業の先生を取材させて頂きたく思っております。そこで、いろいろと調査しましたところ、先生にお願いできたらと思いまして・・・」

これが、後に判明するカンパニータンクの電話でした。

この会社、知る人ぞ知る取材商法を行う会社でして・・・
有名なものに「国際グラフ」がございます。
内容はいたってシンプル。
有名な女優さん等をエサにして、経営者の自尊心をくすぐり、取材のアポを取る
そして当日いろいろとインタビューや女優さんとのツーショット写真などを撮影し、雑誌掲載の打ち合わせと称して、掲載ページや内容を互いに検討する中で「取材協力費を援助して欲しい」と高い掲載料を請求するものです。
はじめのアポの時点で低価格の協力費を求める旨、きちんと伝えているケースが多いようですが、いずれにしても取材後は小さいスペースでは宣伝効果がないとか、女優さんの手前断れない雰囲気を醸し出して、大きいスペースへの移行を促すようです。

それにしても、取材を受けて報酬を払う（もらうのではなく）という時点でかなりおかしいと気付くものですが、これが結構気付かない方も多いようで・・・・
ネットで検索すると誇らしげに「カンパニータンクに取材されました！」と宣伝している経営者が多かったりします。
これが、まったく何も知らない一般人には「へー、すごいですね（知らない雑誌だけど・・）」とある程度ハッタリになるのは事実ですし
広告掲載料と割り切れば、小さいスペースで地方紙などに広告出すだけで数万円かかるのですから
一応、全国紙（らしい）に有名女優さんと写真写ってたり、インタビューを受けていることが、広告になると割り切る場合には、そんな悪い話でもありません。
正直、いまどき自分のプロフィール写真をきちんとした街のカメラマンに撮影してもらうだけで1万円くらいはしますし、もし写真をもらえるのなら当初の小さいスペースの契約の時点で終わらして数万円（だいたい5万～7万円らしい）というのは、女優さんによっては悪くないかもししれません。

ただし、この雑誌一応全国誌とうたっているものの、実際は取材を受けた人らしかほとんど購入せず（宣伝用に大量に買うでしょうし）
本自体の内容も同じ手法で取材された方々の内容しか載ってないわけですから、宣伝効果なんてあまりないでしょう（ただ、経営コンサルや税理士、社労士等なら同じ号に載った経営者に顔・名前・信念など覚えてもらえる可能性はある）

いずれにしても、こういう雑誌に載って、ついつい宣伝したり自分のホームページに掲載したりしちゃってる方は「のせられやすい」とか「ワキが甘い」とか「マーケティングに弱い」と宣伝しているようなものになってしまいかねませんので、同じ行政書士や士業の先生方においては
じっくり考えて対応頂きたいと思います。


ちなみに僕の場合
「どうして、私を選ばれたのですか？どこでお知りになりました？」
「あー、いえ。いろいろと情報網がありまして、めぼしい方を選別しました（焦）」
という曖昧な態度と、電話でニ、三質問するということで
「僕は、もともと音楽業界の人間でして、ギター弾きですから、前職で法律の仕事をしていたわけではありません」と言ったところ
「えー、そうだったんですか！？」と非常に驚かれるので・・・・
「あー、あの当時は某配信音楽番組でパーソナリティ等をして名前や顔を出していたこともあるんですが、そういうのは調査済みではなかったのですか？」
「あ、いえ、私は探偵ではありませんので・・・。ネットで先生の名前等検索したら当時の情報とかわかりますかねえ？」
などと、言うので100%
行政書士会の会員検索や電話帳の登録履歴などから、適当に電話をかけているなと判断し（ようは、何かの営業）丁重にお断りした次第です。

てなわけで、こういう商法においては、常に相手の言動に注意し、矛盾点や不審点を探るようにすると良いと思います。
まー取材相手が好きな女優さんなら5万とかは安いかもしれません。
僕も木村多江さんが取材されるなら、喜んで受けたんですがね・・（苦笑）
