ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

こんばんは、ギター弾きです。
最近、やっぱり早めの開業も視野に入れようかな～と、開業本を読んだりネットで情報集めたりしております。
気になるのは、先輩行政書士さんたちの営業戦略ですね。

新人行政書士や、開業予定の行政書士は「実務に関する知識」というものは、確かに一番欲しい商品であります。
そりゃ、補助者への道が一部の地域を除いてほとんど無いわけですから、高いお金を出してでも欲しいと思うでしょう。
自力でコツコツ勉強しようにも、時間がかかりすぎますし、せっかくの依頼者に想定外の不利益を与えてしまう可能性も高いかもしれません・・・
「実務のノウハウ」というものは、行政書士にとってかけがえのないものであり、わざわざタダでライバルになりかねない同業者に教える必要はないと思います。

しかし、どうも本屋やネット上でみかける実務本や実務講座・セミナーの類の大半は、頂けません・・
つまり、あからさまに意思や目標があいまいなまま行政書士資格を取得した人間をカモにして、自分達が儲けてやろうとしているものが多いからです。

営業戦略を練って、お金を稼ぐことや、実務の知識を商売道具に使うことそのものを否定するつもりはありません。
実際、なかには素晴らしいなと思う本を書いたり、セミナーをしている先輩行政書士さんもおられます。
ただひとつ、とにかく
下品な行政書士が多すぎる・・・

知っている方も多いかもしれませんが

情報商材って言葉をご存知ですか？

普通はある「有益な情報」を一つの商品として、販売する形態を指しますが、僕ら広報戦略を練っている業界の人間からは、かなり侮蔑した意味で使用されます。

そして、情報商材業者というのは数パターンに分けられるものの、ほとんど同じ共通点を持っています。それは営業の仕方だったり、言葉の使い方（煽り方）だったり、商品（としようとするもの）の着眼点だったり、本やチラシ・ホームページのデザインセンスだったり・・・
言い出したらキリがありませんが、一発でわかります。

それを踏まえて、現在の実務講座を売りにした行政書士さん達を見ると、これに該当するケースが非常に多く
正直、行政書士という資格のイメージの低下には、事件をおこしてつかまった行政書士や、業際を越えている行政書士さんに限らず、こういう人達も加担しているんだろうなと感じます。

もちろん、どこの業界にも悪い例というのは存在しますが
行政書士ほど、あらゆる方面で問題が生じている士業も珍しいかもしれませんね・・・

ともかく、僕もその実務セミナーのうちのどれかにはお世話になるだろうし、行政書士資格そのものに罪はないのですから、あまりにネガティブ発言ばかりしてられませんが

合格者の皆さん、実務開業講座やセミナーの類にはくれぐれも審美眼を光らせてあたってくださいね。

こちらは、開業本を読んだりネットで情報集めたりは、していません。
でも、わたしも、開業というか、登録をしようと書類は、そろえ始めました。

登録をしても、仕事になるとは、当然、考えていません。

先輩の行政書士さんに訊いたのですが、行政書士会の講習会、研修会とか登録後に受けられるような話でした。
ですから、登録をして、その後は、流れに従えばいいと気楽に考えています。
焦っても良いことはないだろうし、「棚からぼたもち」で、しばらくは、様子見しようと思っています。

ギター弾きさんのいう実務開業講座、実務セミナーは、先輩の行政書士さんのいう行政書士会の講習会、研修会と同じものなのでしょうか？

こんにちは、行政書士会の講習会、研修会は価格もタダ～1000円くらいでありながら、支部によってはとても有益なものだそうで、いろんな先輩との交流も含めて、参加するメリットは大きいと思います。

もちろん、僕の書いている「実務開業講座、実務セミナー」というのはこれらとは別のものを指しています。

以前のブログにも書きましたとおり、僕も行政書士会の研修を受けたいので、登録を先にしておくことを考えております。

ただ、どうしても今持っているいくつかの仕事は継続すべきなので、ペーパー行政書士（？）になると思います。
お互い、マイペースでじっくり開業したいですね～(^^)
