ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

こんにちは、ギター弾きです。
ここ数週間、体調不良でバタンキューでした（古っ）

さて、行政書士試験まで1ヶ月切ってますね・・・（あと25日くらい)。
受験生の皆様、勉強はかどっておりますか？　不安と期待が入り混じっておりますか？

昨日、わたくしの後輩ギター弾きから「いくら勉強しても不安」とメールが来ました（彼も今年から突破塾という僕がお世話になっていた塾にて学んでいる）。
1ヶ月前の不安と緊張とストレス。よくわかります。

特に一般知識が不安との事です。これもよくわかります。
一般知識は膨大な範囲で、どこが出るかわかりにくいにも関わらず、足きりがあり、さらに、当日問題を見ると「ふざけるな！コノヤロー！」と思うようなウルトラクイズな場合も結構あります。

行政書士試験において一番、不確定要素の高いところです。
個人的にはこんな、しょーもない一般知識科目など廃止するか、足きりをなくすべきだと思うのですが、現状ではこれを乗り越えないと合格できないのも事実ですので、僕なりの対策を一つ・・・。

まず、一番実力をコントロールできるのは文章問題3問です。
これについては市販の公務員用文章問題対策を完全正解するまでやるのがオススメ。
僕は運よく、小学生の頃から勉強しなくても文章題は満点取れる人間だったのですが、本試験で問題を落としたことがあります。
決して、得意と思っていても問題集はやっておきましょう。
なお、本試験当日は一番脳みそがクリアな開始時にやるのがオススメです。ただし、最後に見直して答えを書き直さないように（僕はこれで一問落としました）。

次に比較的対策を練りやすいのが、個人情報保護関係ですね。
これは一般企業向けのものも、行政機関向けのものも両方理解しておく必要があります。
もちろんガイドラインにも精通しておきましょう。問題集としては最近は個人情報保護士の良い問題集が出ているようですので、この「総論」の部分を何回もやります。もちろん行政書士向けの過去問や、予想問題集も活用してください。
これは法律科目と思えば、他のどの法律科目よりも点が取りやすいです。これで2問は取れるようにします。

あとは個人の適正の問題ですね。
IT関係に強い人なら情報関連。政治・経済が得意な人なら政治・経済。雑学が得意なら社会など
それぞれ的を絞って勉強してください。
むやみに全部に手を広げても、あのウルトラクイズには対応できません。
必ず学習範囲を絞ること！

それと、各予備校の対策講義や問題集はあくまで、予想にすぎないということです。
丸暗記するだけでなく、周辺の知識や趣旨などを理解しましょう（あと数字は重要）。

とにかく文章題と個人情報保護で5問ほど取れれば、あとは1問だけで足きりは逃れれます。
３回受験した僕はほとんど一般知識対策をやってませんが、足きりになったことはありません。
むやみに恐れて、全体の勉強のペースを崩さないようにしましょう。

この1年本気で頑張った方の努力は必ず報われます。リラックスして、勉強することを楽しみ
「やっと勉強の成果が試せるぜ！」くらいの強気と開放感をもって試験を迎えてください。
