ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

考えようとしてなくても、気付いたら実務に関する勉強をしたり、話を聞いたりしてしまう今日、このごろです。
最近わかったのですが、行政書士ってやっぱすごい仕事ですね。
もちろん、司法書士や弁護士に比べると業務の排他性は低いのですが、腐っても鯛・・
国家が認めた資格だけあって、権利も義務も結構大きいです。

そして何より、他資格がやらない仕事をすべてやってしまうというハイエナ性がゆえに行政書士のメイン業務ってよく考えたら大変なものが多いですね。
建設、宅建、運輸、風俗、入国管理、産廃、飲食って・・・オイ

かなり、アングラやんか！！

格式高い他士業がやらないわけですね・・・（汗）
それに、よく将来、弁護士が大量増員したら許認可業に手を出してきて、行政書士が食えなくなるとか言いますけど、弁護士法の趣旨と行政書士法の趣旨を見比べれば、その可能性は低いのではないでしょうか？
某マンガなんかでは、行政書士が弱者の味方として、弁護士のように活躍しておりますが
行政書士って「行政に関する手続の円滑な実施に寄与し、あわせて、国民の利便に資することを目的とする」ということで、行政手続と国民とのパイプ役が期待されているわけです。
まーその国民ってのが、どういうスジの人だとしても、いやむしろそういう方達と行政が直接関わらないような、そんな汚れ役を引き受けたりもするわけです。

これを考えても国民の「基本的人権を擁護し、社会正義を実現することを使命」としている弁護士が許認可に深くかかわりすぎることは難しいのかもしれませんね・・・

どちらかというと定型業務が多くて、国民の権利義務関係に直接関わる司法書士の登記業務の方が弁護士の参入しやすい仕事となるでしょう。

ちょっと今年からは目が離せないかもしれませんね・・・


そして、行政書士のお仕事・・・
勉強すればするほど、大変やと思ってきました（汗）
