ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

こんにちは、ギター弾きです。

やっぱり、とりあえず行政書士の登録をしておかないと、実際的な情報も入らないし
周りに説明するのも大変なので（先日知り合った行政書士登録予定の方は「行政書士有資格者」や「開業予定」といった肩書きの名刺を作成しておられましたが）
登録だけはしておいて、しばらくは現在の仕事（ギター指導と情報関係）を継続しながら、すこしづつ営業をしていこうかなと、思いはじめております。（今、流行の副業行政書士になるんでしょうか）

ただし、先日行政書士会に問い合わせると登録には事務所登録が必須とのことで、この基準が結構厳しいのです。
よく「自宅開業」などと聞きますが、実際問題として現在住んでいる家（特に賃貸ワンルームマンションの方）での登録は認められず、世間で言われる自宅開業は一戸建てのどれか一部屋を事務所に仕立てるか、マンションでも完全に独立した一部屋を事務所に仕立てないといけないということです。

先輩の行政書士の話によれば、開業しても依頼者を事務所に招くことは、ほぼ無いらしいのですが
やはり建前としては「依頼内容の守秘義務が完全に守られる状況」を作らないと登録許可は出せないのでしょう。

しかも、賃貸の場合は大家の許可が必須であり「行政書士事務所」にするというだけで、結構「ややこしいことに巻き込まれそう」とか「人が頻繁に出入りして、他の住人から苦情を言われるのでは」と思われてしまい、なかなか了承を得ることができないのです。（そもそも、登録条件の入り口に看板を掲げることを許可しない大家も多いようです）

ということで、僕の場合は今現在の状況で事務所登録をするのは厳しく
今のところは前向きに物件探しから始めております（もちろんテナント等、完全事務所を別に借りるのではなく、引越し予定という意味ですけど）

行政書士登録者が少なめの理由は、案外、事務所事情もあるのかもしれませんねぇ
