ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

はじめに開業時にかかるお金について書いておきます。正直、今も含めてこれが一番苦労しました（汗）
参考までに書いておくと他の開業予定者の話によれば専業で開業する場合200万ほど、自宅開業でしばらくは副業（あるいはバイトしながら）開業する場合で50万ほどの資金が必要なようです。

僕の場合は100万くらいは結局なくなりました（その詳細は以下）

まず、絶対避けて通ることができないのが行政書士の登録費用ですね。
例えば大阪行政書士会の場合で

行政書士登録審査手数料が25,000円　　
大阪会入会預り金が250,000円　
入会必要諸物件費が10,000円　
会費が月額　6,000円となっており、登録時に会費を半年分ほどまとめて払うそうですので
合計で321,000円はかかります。
※上記にさらに印紙税が3万いりました(>_<) （7月中旬追記）

さらに事務所として認めてもらうための要件として

「執務をするのに必要なスペースが確保でき、備品として机・電話・ＦAＸ等の備品・書棚・応接セット等が最低限確保できるもの」という基準があります。これを反対解釈すれば

事務机　15,000円およびイス（15,000円）
事務所専用電話　10,000円および回線の権利を買うならプラス36,000円（アナログ2回線なら×2）
FAX　コピー機やプリンタ兼用FAXを電話と同時使用するとして　30,000円ほど（INSの場合はプラスTAが20,000円）
本棚等　10,000～40,000円
応接セット　30,000～60,000円

これくらいは最低用意しろってことでしょうね・・・

さらに「これは最低いるやろな」ってものは

名刺　5,000～10,000円
職印　10,000～100,000円
看板　10,000～50,000円

大阪行政書士会はさらに

書類保管庫　10,000～30,000円
金庫　10,000～30,000円
用紙・雑品収納庫または収納棚　10,000～20,000円

も揃えろ！と言っております。

他に開業するからにはあった方が良いものは

パソコン　50,000～100,000円
Office2007 40,000～50,000
（IT法務をするならアクロバット50,000円ほど）
会計ソフト　10,000くらい
ちょっとした事務所のパンフレット　20,000～30,000
住所等のゴム印　10,000円くらい

まーパソコンやOfficeなんかは既に持っている人が多いでしょうねえ
逆に持ってない人がいるかもしれないのがスーツでしょうか・・（僕は持ってますよ一応・・）


それと忘れちゃいけないのが、実務をするための勉強道具
最低30,000～50,000円分くらいは書籍等を購入する必要はあるでしょうね。

ここまでだけでも、安めに見繕って60万くらいはかかりますね（汗）
パソコン等がない人の場合はこれにプラス15万くらい
スーツもない人はさらに3万4万は上乗せです。

ちなみに僕の申請する京都では登録申請代が28万しないくらいなので大阪より安いですが、かわりに職印などは自分で注文しないといけません。

僕は上記に加えて独立事務所のテナント料の初期費用が40万くらいかかっています。（余談ですがなんと保証金は帳簿上、開業費にできないらしいですよ）
そのときになってわかりましたが、資金だけは予想より結構多めに用意しておく方が良いと思います。

お久しぶりです。
私の場合は、書籍代の見込みが低すぎて
そこが計算違いになってしまいました。

何か業務が入りそうだとなると
その分野に関する本を買い漁り、
入ったら入ったでやっぱりその分野の
より詳しい実務の書籍を買い漁り。

書籍代って、行政書士業務を続ける限り
湯水の如く流れ出ていくものなのかもしれませんね。

ここしばらく事務所設立作業に追われておりました。
ようやく、事務所内も整理できたので、あとは登録完了待ちです(^^)

書籍代は本当、痛いですよね。(> <)
僕は中央大学の勉強に関してはリサイクルの本屋をフル活用しておりましたが、さすがに開業後は最新の法令に対応しなくてはなりませんし、困ったところです。

書籍代は行政書士業務を続ける限り湯水の如く流れ出る・・・。

どこかの行政書士さんのブログか本で、書籍を買いに行くことを「商品の仕入れに行って来る」と言って出ると書いてましたが、まさに一生続ける作業となりそうですねぇ。
