ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

いわずもがなですが、行政書士になるためには行政書士会に登録申請しなければなりません。（行書法6条以下）
これは行政手続法でいうところの届出ではなく申請ですから、審査基準や標準処理期間など、はっきりと知りたいところですが、実際のところ審査で不可となることはあまりないようです（事務所の条件に指導が入ることはたまにあるみたいですが・・）
標準処理期間はすごくあいまいで1ヶ月～2ヶ月というのが相場。
僕の場合、政治関連のゴタゴタの時期に電話したものですから「二ヶ月でもあやしい」という返事を頂きました。

ともあれ、今回から具体的な行政書士登録申請について書いていきます（受験生やこれから申請したい人は必見）

まず、一口に登録申請と言っても、やはり国家資格者として独立して事業をしていくわけですから、実際に申請するまでにかなり多くの準備をしておかなくてはなりません（僕も合格するまでは、ここが実感としてあまりなく、ここ数ヶ月でバタバタ動きまくりました）

当分先に登録するつもりだ～♪
なんていう人も以下の点は意識しておいてください。

・開業時にかかるお金（最低100万）←開業後の生活費まで考えておくのが無難
・開業する時期（自身の都合や書士会の都合、税務所上の良し悪しを考慮）
・開業する場所（これが相当重要、詳しくは前回の記事）
・開業形態（勤務・専業・副業の選択と独立事務所・自宅事務所・共同事務所・居候など）
・登録に必要なものの準備（事務所所在・電話番号・事務所名などは早めに決定する）

他にもいろいろあるでしょうが、僕が特に後から困ったものを羅列しています。
