ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

こんばんは、ギター弾きです。

登録して、早くも新しい行政書士会のポスターが届きました！
今年の女性はさわやかなショートカットの女性（水野裕子さん）。普段ほとんどテレビを見ないので、水野さんのことは知らなかったのですが、これを事務所に貼ると大分、室内がやわらかい感じになりましたね。

個人的には昨年の眞鍋かおりさんのポスターが気に入ってましたけど、今年から登録した僕は持ってません。

それはさておき、現在実務の勉強をしている真っ最中ですが、すでに業務の依頼が8件を越えております（汗）

というのも、周りに開業案内するついでに実務の勉強＆実績を作るため
「当分はお友達価格で半額で受けるよ」などと軽く言っていたのですが
それ以来、様々な要望が出るわ出るわ・・・

一番ピンチなのは相続の手続き・・・
これって普通に業務したら10万～20万以上の報酬が発生する業務です。
値段が高いということはそれだけ大変な手続きとなります。
もちろん登記など司法書士さんに払う代金は依頼者に払ってもらいますが、知り合いの税理士さん曰く
「相続業務で一番大変なのは行政書士がやる財産調査や名義変更、相続人の確定」
だそうですよ（汗）

他には公的融資の申し込み。
こちらは開業前から知り合いが事業を開始するってことでずっと無料で相談に乗っていた件の続きです。
こういう成功報酬系の仕事は早めに一回はやっておくべきでしょう。

同じような案件では著作権登録の申請。これも一回やってみたかったので知り合いで実験（失礼？）
僕はアーティストの知り合いが多いので、こういうものはわりとすぐ実験できます。

アーティストではないですが、試したかったところで丁度依頼があったのが、某モデルさんの案件。
ちょっとこれはどうなるかわからないので、業務の詳細は書けませんが、行政書士なら絶対経験しておくべき業務に発展しそうなので、受けると思います。
あまりに意外なとこからの依頼ですので、これも相続同様かなり本気で勉強するしかありません。

すでに完了した案件では古物商の許可とか、ちょっとした契約書の類ですね。
これは登録される前の微妙な時期だったので無料で受けました（これが無料受託のはじまりだったなあ・・）
古物商はもともとボランティアでちょっとお手伝いしていた音楽会社のものを開業直前にして全部一人でやってみたものです。
これで、次回からはきちんとした業務で受けれます。古物商は意外にニーズがあるのでオススメですよ。

とまあ、しばらくは実務の実績と経験を積む、勉強期間と割り切って、サービス価格でやっていきますが、これらを一通りこなせた頃から行政書士専業として独立予定です。

今回依頼してくれる方々は宣伝や他の顧客紹介が条件ですので、まったく損というわけではないのですね。
まーこういうやり方は行政書士などの士業では抵抗があると思うのですが
わりといろんな種類の会社が行なっているマーケティング戦略だったりします。
