ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

ギター弾き行政書士より、緊急の募集です。

まだ、確定的ではありませんが、当事務所におきまして、京都でかなり有名な大企業様より、会社設立に関する業務を受託する話を頂いておりますが、当事務所代表および、補助員2名のすべてが「相続」「著作権、IT法務」「入管」「契約書」「離婚」「犯罪被害」といった多岐にわたる業務を並行して遂行しているために、残念ながらすぐに完璧なカタチで業務を受任することができなくなっております。

つきましては、開業したての新人行政書士の先生、または今後、行政書士登録をする予定の方。
登記申請を通して、本件に関与したい司法書士の先生を募集いたします。

場合によっては雇用保険、健康保険、厚生年金手続き一式 が必要になる場合もありえますので
その場合は、改めて社会保険労務士の先生を募集いたします（ですので、今回行政書士、社会保険労務士の先生だと尚、良いです）。

条件は以下になります。

【行政書士（予定含む）】
・平成18年度以降の試験合格者。
・京都を拠点とされており、下京区、中京区、上京区、左京区、右京区、北区に来るのが容易な方。
・会社設立関係専門で開業している(または、していきたい）。
・本件含め、以後も同様の案件を受託できる、したい方（ただし、あくまで当事務所からの複委任扱いとなります）。
・報酬額について、ある程度、相談に応じれる方（ようは勉強しまっせという方）。
・会社設立、会社合併、会社分割、株式交換、増資、減資などの分野が得意、または好きな方。
・本ブログにある様々な記事を読んでおり、ある程度価値観の合う方。

【司法書士】
・商業登記、相続登記をメインでされている方（報酬額によっては将来的に相続案件もお任せしていけます）。
・上記に関連し、紛争業務を取り扱っていない方。
・京都を拠点とされており、下京区、中京区、上京区、左京区、右京区、北区に来るのが容易な方。
・提携、協業を以後もしていく意思のある方。
・報酬額について、ある程度、相談に応じれる方（ようは勉強しまっせという方）。
・本ブログにある様々な記事を読んでおり、ある程度価値観の合う方

尚、今回の業務は只今より半年ほどの猶予がありますが、その間、専門特化しかなり研究、研鑽されることが必要になります。
