ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

合格された皆様！おめでとうございます。
今年は試験が非常に難しい印象がありましたが、合格率が6%ありました！！
これは多士業資格受験生（特に司法書士）が健闘されたのが大きいと思います。
逆にドラマの影響で受験された中で、合格された方は相当優秀な方だと思います。

いずれにせよ、行政書士を目指していて合格された皆様は確実に一定の素養を持たれておりますので自信を持ってください！

昨年も書きましたが、経営に自信のある方は、開業しましょう！　絶対やっていけます。
経営に自信のない方は社労士や司法書士、あるいは司法試験頑張ってください。
僕は社労士をオススメします。

不合格だった方、残念でしたが試験には運の要素も影響します。
特に昨年の行政書士試験は相当の傾向変化と長文化で、今まで何度か受験されていた方は、裏をかかれた格好になりますし、今後の試験傾向対策で、新たな対策が必要となると思います。

しかし、これまでにあなたが努力されたことは決して無駄になりませんし、新たな対策ともう少し深い法的思考の習得で今年こそは合格できます。
この試験は実質、法律科目で7～8割得点できないといけません。
浅い、一般知識や基礎法学は運で決まりますが、今後の法律系択一や記述式は、法律の素養を積み重ねた方が有利となります。
その意味でも、昨年は司法書士受験生や司法試験受験生に有利だったのは間違いないでしょう。

今後、実務をしていく上では合格に要した年数はマイナス評価となりません。
いえ、むしろその方が実務に入ってから有利ともいえます。何度でも何度でも、あきらめずにチャレンジし続けば、開業後の底力となるのです。

僕自身、諦めず、挑戦し続け3度目には受かりました。
みなさんは4度目？　5度目？
そんなのは関係ありません。　運のバイオリズムなんて人それぞれ違います。
受かる年の次の年からがあなたの開業にベストなタイミングである。
ただ、それだけのことです。
これからも、自分を信じて頑張ってください。

先生のブログはだいぶ前から拝見しておりましたが、はじめまして書かせて頂きます。

私も今回の行政書士試験を受験しました（2回目の受験です）。自己採点したところ記述式を除いた法令科目で124点、一般知識で足切りギリギリの24点で合計148点でした。あとは記述式で32点以上あれば合格ということになりますが、たぶん32点以上はあるだろうなと思っていましたが、一般知識でマークミスがあったらどうしようなどと不安に思っていました。

先日、行政書士試験研究センターのホームページで自分の受験番号を見つけたときは非常に嬉しかったです。
見間違い、誤字ではないかと少し不安でしたが、さきほどポストを見たら「合否通知書」が届いていました。そこにはまぎれもなく合格の文字がありました。ちなみに記述式は50点になっていて、総得点はなんと198点でした！

先生のブログを見て「絶対に行政書士になってやる！」と思い、辛い受験勉強を乗り切ることが出来ました。ありがとうございましたm(__)m

総得点198点は私も驚きました。記述式の点数については一部では（http://gyoseishoshi2009.blog121.fc2.com/blog-entry-748.htmlやhttp://ameblo.jp/mizo-pan/entry-10778871805.htmlなど）例年と比べて採点が甘かったのではないかという見解もありますが、私の得点をみる限り、確かにそのような印象を受けます。

ところで私、出身高校出身学科が先生と同じところ（15期生です！経歴を拝見したところ、先生は12期生でしょうか？）でしたので、先輩が頑張ってるんだから自分も頑張ろうと思い勉強に励めたというのもあります( ..)φ

今日（2011.1．28）始めてブログを拝見しました。小生定年を迎えて今年行政書士試験に合格した者です。長らく大手のメーカーで輸出営業を40年弱やってきて海外で許認可でお世話になった経験から日本の外国人の経営者への支援が出来て収入も確保できたらと思い勉強を始めたものです。さて合格はしましたが国際関係だけで何とかなるかいささか心配でもあります。外国人の方が会社を始めるとして次のステップは労務関係ではないかと思いまして社労士を取ろうかどうするか悩んでおります。1・24のブログで社労士を薦めておられたのでこの辺の先生のお考えを聞かせていただければ幸いです。

なるほど！確かに記述の採点が甘めの設定になっていたようですね。
毎年のことですが、行政書士試験は試験センター側の都合で不公平が生じているのは事実ですね。
いつも書いていますが、早く相対評価の試験にし、問題や採点については安定したものにしてもらいたいです。しかし、自由精神さんの実力があるのは間違いないですね。昨年の試験はかなり解きにくい択一が多かったので・・・。

ところで、自由精神さんは僕と同じ高校出身なのですか！？
あの自衛隊さながらの高校？畑の真ん中の！？

大手メーカーで輸出営業を長年されており、今後外国人経営者の支援を考えておられるなんて、めちゃくちゃすごいですね！
僕なんかが、講義するのも恐れ多いですが、一応お答えいたします。
結論からいいますと、GEBOFUGUさんの着眼点は僕と同じです。
行政書士と社労士を持つことで外国人経営者または外国人を雇用する企業をターゲットにした業務展開に特化でき、さらに今後は時流的に今よりもさらにその分野が重要となります。GEBOFUGUさんがどこにお住まいかは不明ですが、京都なんかではすでに行政書士会が外国人に関するADR機関の認証を得ていますし、さらに有利ですね。

他にも行政書士や司法書士はそのほとんどがスポット業務であるのに対し、税理士や社労士は継続業務が中心です。顧問契約などを通して収入が安定するのです。
その中で、税理士試験は取得に時間もかかりますし、登録者も10万ほどおり、名称独占化の可能性もぬぐえません。

ちなみに企業において相談したいのは弁護士や司法書士よりも、税理士、社労士であり、中でも社労士は近年評価が急上昇しております。

さらに社労士は社労士会の動きとして簡裁代理権の獲得があります。
実際、規制改革会議においてもこれは取り上げられてます。

これらやその他のこまごました内容を含めて僕がオススメしているのが社労士になります。
特に僕のように開業した後では、忙しくて（先日も過労で倒れました）新しい資格を得るのは難しくなるので、開業前に取得されるのをオススメします。
さきほどの簡裁代理権に関連して社労士の試験科目は憲法・民法・民事訴訟法等を追加される予定ですので、早めに取得されるべきでしょう（変更後も既存の社労士受験生に比べ行政書士合格者が憲法、民法で有利なのは間違いないですが）

さっそくご回答いただき有難うございます。司法書士も多少考えていましたが、司法書士は領域が狭いようで（過払い後はやはり登記中心？）多少躊躇していました。

一方、社労士は小生自身定年の時に年金関係とか健康保険でわけがわからなくなった（それだけ複雑？）経験もあり、また外国にいた時に（社会保険が充実しているフランスです）、社会保険は理解しようと思ったが全く理解できず会社を経営するにはこれが大事だなと感じたことが背景です。

中規模の海外顧客が獲得できればいいのですが、これは別の話でしょうが。。。
