ギター弾きの「行政書士開業準備中」

ここしばらく、まったくもって更新しておりませんでしたギター弾きです。
ちゃんと、生きてますよ（笑）
実はここしばらく、更新していなかったのは単純に時間がなかったのもありますが（というか、それが大きい）
あわせて、ちょっと辛口な記事を書きにくい状態になったというか、そういう立ち位置にいるというのもあります（苦笑）
とはいえ、反骨精神を持ちつつ、これからも時間があれば辛口で書いていきますよ～。

今日は、基本に立ち返って
開業する方および開業したけど、なんか自分の主要業務が確立しない方
のヒントになれば・・・・という内容です。

記事をサボっている間にですね。状況が大きく変わりまして
さらに多くの士業の方とお話する機会も多くなり、書きたいネタがたくさんあるのですが、最近とくに開業したての方と話題になりやすい主要業務の考え方について、取り上げます。

行政書士で開業しようと、周りに相談したり
ものの本を読んだりしていると、以下のいずれか意見が出ます。

(1)行政書士ならではの定番業務をしっかりやること
(2)既存の業務に捉われないニッチな業務を探すこと

これらについて、どちらが正しいとか、どちらが間違いと
断言することは難しいと思いますが、僕の体験や考え方から検討しますと


(1)行政書士ならではの定番業務をしっかりやること

メリット
　・仕事のやり方等、先輩行政書士にたくさん聞ける
　・書士会の研修等が充実
　・行政書士執筆の書籍等が多い
　・顧客にも「○○といえば行政書士」と思われがちで仕事を取りやすい
　・専用ソフト等、手軽に書類を作れる場合が多い
　・許認可の場合、役所もすんなり応対してもらえる

デメリット
　・ほとんどの顧客を先輩行政書士に押さえられている
　・おなじ主要業務を取り扱ってる同業者と出会いやすく、いろいろ気まずい
　・行政書士業務のイメージが強いため、即答できないと困る場面が多い
　　（役所にも気軽に質問しずらい・・・）
　・その業界でブランディングを確立することはかなり難しい
　・価格競争に巻き込まれやすく、顧客も値段だけで問合せすることが多い


(2)既存の業務に捉われないニッチな業務を探すこと

メリット
　・驚くほど、ライバルがいない（当たり前か・・・）
　・同業者と仲良くなりやすく、仕事の紹介を受けやすい
　・その業界のパイオニアになれる
　・不当な値引きをする必要がなく、報酬額が安定
　・近隣に限らず、遠くの顧客からも依頼がある
　・同業者が扱っていないため、必然的に異業種の人脈が広がる

デメリット
　・常に自分で考え、業務を確立しなければならない
　・研修や勉強会など異業種の情報を収集しないといけない
　・顧客からも「行政書士に頼むもの？」と思われやすい
　・行政に関わる場合、役所からも質問攻めされる


以上のようになるでしょう。

さて、これらを踏まえて、どちらを選ぶのかは
それぞれの個性に委ねられるでしょう。

僕個人の感想としては、自営業者になると決意されたのなら
「他力本願」「安定思考」は捨てなさいってことですね。

なぜ、わざわざ行政書士を選び
なお、人に聞こうとか、既に確立されたレールに乗ろうとするのか不思議に思います。

とはいえ、もちろん
「行政書士ならではの業務」を軽く見てるわけではありません。

むしろ、敬意をもって、それぞれの業務に向き合っております。
それが故に、これらの分野を確立された先輩諸氏の島荒らしをするのではなく、それぞれの業務も当然に学習し、万が一、自らの顧客あるいは、偶発的に依頼のあった場合には、適切に対処させて頂いております。

つまり、僕の考え方では

行政書士ならではの業務は当然に取り入れつつも、自身の独自分野を確立することに努力する

ということが新人行政書士に求められるスタイルと考えております。
